This book absolutely captured everything I was going through and everything I was thinking. It put in perspective my grieve journey and was very beneficial to me just 8 months after my husband suddenly passed away. It is a must to go to New Hope's grief support workshop, as this book works hand in hand with that support. Thanks you so much for writing this book. I would like to give it to as many people as I know to help them with their grief journey.
Grieving Forward is filled with important and practical informatin for anyone, not just someone in the stages of grief. I loved the format. It can be a book to just pick up and read from cover to cover or you can choose a chapter with a topic that you are struggeling with at the time. It can also be used as a personal journal or as a suport group workbook. It is easy to read and one you will want to have in your library.
