She desires to be seen.
He wants to watch.

Anna Sampson has a naughty secret. Every night, she slips into her neighbor's yard and swims naked in his pool. She fantasizes that the dynamic young billionaire watches her nightly nude aquatics, his brilliant green eyes gleaming with lust.

She discovers this isn't pure fantasy. Gabriel Blaine has been watching her via his security cameras, and now that he has returned to L.A., he doesn't plan to stop. That's all he wants—to watch. Anna knows she shouldn't allow him and she certainly shouldn't want more, but she craves Blaine's attention, needing his gaze fixed on her body.

Voyeuristic, sexy romp … We meet Anna as she sneaks to the neighbor's pool for a late night swim and a masturbation session only to be surprised by the owner watching her. From here Anna and Blaine begin a wonderful relationship. Anna is a virgin and chooses to remain one due to trust issues she has. I enjoyed Anna's strength and her sense of self – she knows her issues/failings and has found ways to cope. Blaine is a billionaire who is brilliant with technology and has found ways to 'hide' from the world, only giving what he wants.  Both are trying to survive their pasts and the scars that remain on their souls. Can they find a balance together? Can they let go of the scars to embrace something new together?

Loved this novella! Very sensual and exotic. About 80 pages, but only .99, and all the books in the trilogy are available. Great fantasy, with an intriguing plot. I recommend this book. S.A.K.

Find this review and more at Lusty Penguin Reviews! Cynthia Sax scores a huge hit with her compelling erotic romance series, The Seen Trilogy. The Seen Trilogy consists of three novellas: He Watches Me, He Touches Me, and He Claims Me. Each novella is approximately one hundred pages, and Avon Impulse released the series as serial, each book coming out one week after the other. I must say that I was very pleased that Avon Impulse released them in this manner as I’ve become disappointed with serial stories that span over many months. Since I read all three of these novellas in one sitting, I’m going to review them as a whole. Sax pulls the reader into these stories by telling them through Anna Sampson’s eyes. Housesitting in a neighborhood beyond her means, Anna hopes to remain invisible because her father’s prison record follows her wherever she goes. To remain invisible to others, Anna expends a lot of energy with the way she acts and how she dresses. Her survival mechanism leaves her empty inside and lonely, which just made my heart hurt for her. For weeks, Anna has been indulging in midnight swims and other erotic activity in her neighbor’s pool only to discover that homeowner, Gabriel Blaine, has been watching her. Discovering Blaine has been watching her doesn’t upset Anna; actually, she is really turned on by it. Since she has never met Blaine, Anna is fine with him watching as long as he doesn’t touch. As their relationship progresses, the sexual attraction between Anna and Blaine is off the charts. Their sexual encounters are sensual and scorching hot. Blaine knows that Anna likes—to be watched during these encounters—and makes sure that she feels absolutely safe, which is another reason to just love him. Blaine sees Anna’s beauty and the wonderfully strong woman underneath, which endeared his character to me. Anna comes alive with Blaine when she finally sees herself through someone else’s eyes. This journey of self-discovery is a wonderful thing to witness. Furthermore, Sax masterfully develops a wonderful friendship with Goth Girl, Camille, a girl at the charity where Anna works. Watching Anna develop a friendship with Camille and a relationship with Blaine while simultaneously learning that relationships should be cherished, fought for, and defended brought a huge smile to my face. Although I thoroughly enjoyed Anna and Blaine’s relationship, one of my favorite aspects of this series was the moth metaphor that is intertwined throughout this series, adding depth to this erotic romance. Anna really is like a moth, active at night, not as colorful as the moth’s butterfly counterpart, but beautiful in her own way, strong but yet delicate. An engrossing story line with an alluring couple make The Seen Trilogy a must read for lovers of erotic romance! Thanks to the success of The Seen Trilogy, Sax will write additional stories with characters we’ve met in the series. I admit I’m looking forward to reading these future stories too.

We all have that secret fantasy that is inside us. Ms. Sax brought it to life in this wonderful book. Anna and Gabriel both have secrets that they hide but they are drawn together into their secret world by the pool. When he gives her the gold key to the gate, to me it was almost like he was giving her the key to his world. This is a must read trilogy for those that love a little mystery in their books.

Reviewed by Crystal Book provided by Edelweiss for review Review originally posted at Romancing the Book Anna is a woman that hides in the shadows and doesn’t want others to notice her. When the book first started I thought she was a ghost. She is the kind of woman that I see myself as. Gabriel Blaine lives next door to the house that she is house sitting for. I don’t see it as house sitting because the way they treat her I wouldn’t treat a dog. Blaine is a man with money and he knows what he wants. He doesn’t let many get close to him. You could say that Anna and Gabriel are made for each other. This author did a wonderful job at writing a story that is hot without ever having the couple touch each other. This was a whole different experience and one that I enjoyed. Never thought you could make someone so hot and erotic with just words and actions. If I thought going and getting into the neighbors pool would come out the way it did in this book, I would do it. I am feeling so many emotions right now and I am having a hard time finding just the right words to express myself. To say this book really touched me is an understatement. I am going crazy wondering what will happen in the next book. This isn’t the first book that I have read by this author. It just seems that she just keeps getting better and better. Every time I read something by Cynthia it is usually a series and I am left going crazy for the next book. That should tell you how much this author can grab your attention. She gets you hooked and you always come back for more even when you know she will keep you in suspense waiting for the next book. I can only imagine what will happen in the next book in this trilogy. She gives you one chapter, which is just enough to get you hooked and then it’s over. If you want to read a book that has sexual undercurrents and doing something that is not the normal, then this is the book for you.

Found it an intriguing light read.

I enjoyed the premise of this book and the way the characters were written.  I would warn that it is a very erotic story.  Although I enjoy erotica there were times I was a little taken aback, not by the content but by the way it was verbalized.  I also would have preferred that it be one book rather than 3 parts.

I found this story to be different but interesting. I like the way he was protecting her from the couple that she was house sitting for.
