CHAPTER 1
The Journey Begins, Universal Energy
January 14, 2013
Good morning, I love you. Wow those crystals last night charged me up, I should use them in the morning and not at night if that is what they are doing. Spirit, "Yes, they will charge your body your new healer is very powerful and attuned to your body crystals and then we had you place the clear crystal in the back to receive even more energy. You did ask for more energy, now you know how to receive energy for your body tapping into the universal flow".
I am ready to start what will we speak of today? Spirit, "The art of healing. The art of healing begins with the mind you need to tell the mind it is not sick, the mind is but a computer holding information and that information can be good or detrimental to the physical body. The mind will recall from past lives as it remembers the dna patterns, emotional baggage and where you left off, you just have a new physical body and you will have to overcome the past. As tragedy occurs the physical body can split apart causing the soul to shatter so most of the spirit will move on but leave apart Earth bound to figure out what accrued to them and try to resolve that tragedy. As a spirit that can take a very, very long time on earth as people are not aware of what the spirit wants and perceives them to me negative and some are negative, most are not. You have been watching the TV to understand what happens to the souls when they are removed from the physical body and if they attach to a person then that person needs to understand and help them move only not share a space with them but help move them on as the soul is shatter and stuck. The spirits stuck on earth make up 25% of the stuck energy that needs to move on to released the earth of this burden of souls that is why it feels more crowded than it should and once these souls move on earth energies will settle down a little."
So what is my part in this or lesson to work on. Spirit, "No lesson but to heal the souls and move them on releasing the earth of this energy. You need to start to sit in silence, meditation and call to the lost souls while you hold the white light; you do not what them in your home so you will need to sit outside." Can I sit in my room in front of the window while it is cold out to help them? Spirit, "Yes, ground yourself to the earth, feel the heart beat and start to call to the spirits that need help to see the light as you will be a beacon of glowing golden light, we will be with you so there is no fear but love in your heart to help them move on. Some may share stories with you or their name, tragedy listen to them and then they can go into the light. You will not clear all but many will come residual energy will still be in the place of the spirit but this is okay, the spirit will have moved on and that is very good. Do you understand? yes spirit, "we will start the healing process with the earth bringing balance to the humans that are of the part and that will create new energy inflow with the Cosmos to enlighten the souls that are in body on the earth. Yes very good." When do we start today when the sun is shining? okay lunch I will sit and start on the task really a healing for Arizona, then we will keep moving on.
Earth energy, medicine
Am I going to study the Native American? Spirit, "Yes the use of plants, herbs and a much deeper new healing modality not heard of on the earth." Why the big shields? Spirit, "You will need them in time, clean them up we have shown you how so take them into the bath tub and wash them up removing the grime we will handle the rest." I am seeing one here behind me and one in my bedroom? Spirit, "Yes that is where you place them when they are cleaned."
What next. Spirit, "There is much to come in 2013, 2014 for you that forms this book you will start to have a clear flowing communication and some days it will be slower like this but there will be many days of so much at one time you will not keep up with the flow so be ready." Okay I am ready. What else do I need for today? I feel there should be a lot more? Spirit, "No, relax and enjoy what is to come not many will get this only you."
Do I need to be ready for some financial collapse, shortage of food and water? Spirit, "Not at this time, if it is needed you will know for now do not worry but do buy stuff for long term storage in your shopping trips. Your beans are a very good buy."
Okay I love you we will start at lunch today.
January 15 2013 ~ I AM love, I Am light I am beauty, I AM the enjoyment of Earth at every level. I am truth, I am sorrow and I am love all in one. Spirit, "We will start today with the truth of love, love is truth and the highest vibration on any level in the universe hold the vibration of love and you will stay connected to the highest in the cosmos. Enjoy what is in front of you and experience what you need to have, see what you need to lean and experience in the moment to move on and grow. Enjoy each breath of the physical body as it is a gift every day to experience yes aches and pains come with the physical body, it was never in the beginning but man started to abuse the physical body causing pain, now you have to treat the body so to understand the pain and treatment you will experience some along the way to heal and write, yours will be very gentle but a lesson to learn. You will experience more with the spring waters and crystals directly from the ground the benefits and love the earth has to provide free to all who need the earth elements. Yes you have been shown where to drive and find the springs, there will be a person to teach you on the ground there is much not known of this land, the land abused by the people, you will remove much of this abuse and bring breath back to the mother earth to heal her as well as all that will allow and read these words. The desert is very beautiful and full of life and love here you will find a home that is yours, and you share much of your love from this spot." What of the home I am in now my children love their home? Spirit, "You will enjoy for a little longer when they are with you, your life changes to a larger land and that you find very soon." Do I plant herb for the medicine to learn and grow? Spirit, "Some you will and the others you will buy just as you have started to do. The food will grow with love to nourish your family the gardens will bloom; money will become a thing of the past. You will have the earth crystals that are UN known at this time. The land is yours to have and find, enjoy and respect."
What happened with my heart the other night, that noise? Spirit, "We opened a blockage in the valve, energy to balance what you needed do you not feel better?" Yes, I did not know there was any issue, but thank you.
Should I go to Tonopah this weekend with the children looking for the crystals and land or wait for a day alone? Spirit, "Wait until you are alone and can explore then you will see as we will guide you along the way." Okay what is Ron bringing me in a crystal? Spirit, "One more piece you will need but would not have purchased we will guide him in this as we have, you needed the golden crystal it is a great protector for you the next one is a healer you need as you will transfer for energy to the earth and to the spirits that need to heal to move on. It will arrive today/tomorrow." Did we or I do the work needed yesterday at lunch? Spirit, "Yes." I felt the spirits in my mind moving to the light sometime I am not sure if I am creating a picture or really seeing the truth. Spirit, "You are seeing the truth do not doubt you helped many yesterday and in time you will see souls and understand why they came to you to help them with the light, have no fear when this occurs." Okay.
I love you and I love you. I really want to start writing for hours and just write. Spirit, "you cannot concur the book in one day it will flow in time." Anything I need for today? Spirit, "Just enjoy as you move through your day you have much in store today." Love you and thank you for always being with me love & light Brenda
January 21, 2013 I AM Light I am love, I am grace we are one and never apart – spirit, "Good Morning Love," good morning. What shall we write about today? Spirit, "Truth always speak your truth and stay honest with who you are your soul. Do not write of others words, thoughts or deeds as this new book will be your truth. You understand? You will not find what you need to write about on earth we may guide you to the subject we are going to teach you but it will flow from us to you for writing." Okay. Spirit, "You will take a journey next weekend to the land of Tonopah and drive on the back roads, you can stop at the spa later, but you need to travel to the mountains and find the dirt road, your new path." What will I bring? Spirit, "Your shelf, water, over view of a map, so you know where we take you and do not get lost, we would not allow you to become lost so do not worry." Okay what else? Spirit, "Your time is precious, enjoy the children while they are children, they love you bunches." Please help me with my patients, Adams energy is over whelming and he never stops. Spirit, "Think of that energy bottle up in him at school! He needs to release to maintain as he is older he will focus his energy on a path similar to your path, you are changing the children for the better they listen and watch, they are your students."
Spirit, "Your work will be very soon, they money will flow and you will be out of "debit" as you say very soon you need to focus on what we are teaching with no large distractions." What do I do with the pool side? Spirit, "What do you want to do?" I like the bed idea, as I do not have to build it. I like the idea of a resort pool side and curtains around the porch to work it together charm it with beauty and love. Then plant the gardens and enjoy my outside. Spirit, "Sounds perfect." Inside, yes I will be redesigning as is normal in the earth world and balancing my home like the outside, I am almost there with everything. Help me please with that rat/mouse and move him to a new home in the park please. And last I need to start to run, go to the health club and stay in shape I feel a lot more energy and healthy. When are we writing the book, when do we write? Spirit, "You work good in the mornings, when you can focus which is changing, you will focus much more at all times that is staying connected I am always with you and never away. So when you are ready to write just sit and focus and we will begin."
I love you and am very thank full for all the cosmos are doing with me, earth is pretty dense and a hard time with people, wakening them up is a challenge because of their fear, ego, thoughts and being so un-balanced. I truly love you, thank you. Spirit, "My dear you are a part of us and when you are in spirit you travel with us on every level helping many, you chose to balance and help earth at a very dense, tough level and we are here to help you, you are brave and strong and your team is with you. We love you for all eternity, cosmos, at every level and as one with the Omni Presence."

Good morning, I am so happy the book is almost done! Please let it be soon. Spirit, "Very well let us start with attitude today, a person's outlook on life will change the soul and when they have a daily image of how they want to be the day flows in that direction. If you want to be happy, you will have a happy day, if you want to be in gratitude then you will stay in gratitude, if on the other hand you wake up miserable then your day will be miserable – the universe always delivers what you request and you must learn from that experience. Do not recall items you have learned from but experience new ones."
What do you recommend I ask for today? Spirit, "You would learn from being humble today and the rest of the week. As to learn about being humble "I wish to experience being humble and loving, understanding and except with grace and love. Then you will learn your final experience which I have been waiting for." Yes, ok. I am sorry I do not have long today but I did enjoy yoga last night and I will enjoy going to the gym tonight.
May I ask what I received last night? Spirit, "A lot of energy your physical body needed." I never know if I am over doing it. Spirit, "We would wake you up and have you remove the crystals as we do when you are complete." Thank you. I love you – need to run. Spirit, "We love you to remember humble today."
CHAPTER 2
Earth Government Destruction of Mankind and Earth Elements
January 24, 2013
Good Morning, I am so ready to get underway with our new book, my growth and my new job! I am truly blessed with love, grace, humor, happiness and enjoyment.
What are we going to write about today? Spirit, "We feel the earth should understand the urgencies to be prepared, for what the earth will do. They need to wake up to understand change is coming for humans and that change will be to how they exist today. Earth will not be destroyed or your homes taken away but they way you receive payment, currency will change. Your government is trying to destroy America and it will become hard for a time, having plenty of water, food and self care is critical. You need to shop smartly and become ready start buying stuff with every paycheck you received yes medical suppliers. Herbs for the medicine you will need start your medical supply this weekend." What about my book the soul's journey? Spirit, "It will be alright, it will flow many will buy this book." Do I have it printed or do I sell the eBook? Spirit, "You will have both ready for all needs okay." Is that why I have been reading all the herb books to build a medicine cabinet? Spirit, "Yes, but herbs do not last as long as oils. You will buy both as there is much to do."
Spirit, "Today focus on the love for humanity as a few more lessons of being humble are seen, felt, and learned by you."
I love you please help me today with love, grace, energy and balance! Spirit, "We love you and are always with you."
January 28, 2013 spirit, "Good morning love we are ready!" me too. What are we going to talk about today?
Spirit, "The wind, the wind is air, the breath of the earth and as you speak you provide loving energy to the earth. She takes a breath and when she exhales her breath, the wind blows. Her breath is gentle, her breath is harsh, when she has something inside of her, she coughs it up. The wind is vital to all. As they spray the chemical in the air it is poisoning the breath of the earth. All will become toxic and die. The spraying must stop or the earth will take a deep breath.... And let go ... she will make the change for you. All are visitors of the earth and have no right to destroy her breath."
What can I do to help the earth? Spirit, "You will start to speak and wake people up; your book will be done very soon. People will call you and others you will offer to come to them it will flow in a gentle way that is natural and meant to be."
Spirit, "Your home will be fine, do not worry it will flow. We want for you to work more with us". okay, when? "You need to be ready when we need you; could be during the day, evening, night, morning". K how will I know? "You will feel an urgency to write and then just sit and listen it will start to transmit, to flow and if you are at work just email it home for you book log here". Okay I am ready to work on our book, just send me the urgency to start and I will.
October 25 2013 Good Morning Omni Presence, Cosmos, Team, I love and I AM very grateful for all our work, your love and light. Spirit, "Today we have important work to complete, so let us begin. Today we will educate humanity of the full extent of the destruction of the Americas freedom, to make the Americas a third world country with no power, authority, and to render them to starvation. The end goal is to turn over the Americas to the United Nations for one world power, one world leader that will control everything, already the America leaders take orders from the United Nations. The dark energy has many plans if humanity does not wake up and stop it. You must embrace the Omni Presence and hold a love vibration, understand what is happening and do no except this world wide, every human has a right to live on Earth without a communist dictatorship that would control every aspect of your life, body, and mind?
