About the Author

I am a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Owner of Affordable Homes and Apartments. Originally from NYC now in WNY soon to be licensed in NJ and PA as well as NY. I’m also Licensed to preach and ordained as a minister. I possess my PhD in Sacred Biblical Studies.
I began my career as a 7A Administrator in NYC in the 80’s. N.Y.C.H.P.D. has since ceased the program. However, 7A Administrator is a Court Appointed Building Manager.
I took the class received my certificate and helped tenants turn their run-down buildings into a tenant owned low income co-op with the help of the City.

After becoming licensed as a sales-agent in the 80s, I continued to work as a Secretary until I became licensed as a Real Estate Broker in 1996.
I have since written Fundamentals of Housing and Community Strategies Vol II, and Fundamentals of Real Estate and Investment Strategies Vol I. These books document my experience and those that purchased the book began purchasing city owned property and turned those run-down buildings into investment property.
