Not much new. Most concepts in other literature on communication, but a comprehensive review and worth reading.

This is an awesome book a must read [premise]… The author is insightful, intelligent, and full of tactful ideas. This book is very well written, a complete page turner, and a quick read [conclusion]. Make sure to use your highlight feature, you're going to want to reference back. :-)
