About the Author

We all find some cause to support at one time or another, but with Allison Smith-Conway, the causes seem to find her. After fighting for her life in her 20’s, she is now fighting another chronic disease, Parkinson's disease, which she was diagnosed with at the age of 32. As the founder of the program Parkinson’s in Balance, Allison holds a Master’s Degree in Marital and Family Therapy with an emphasis on health and fitness.
