About the Author

Dave Fares and Bob Chisholm met in high school and have been friends for over 50 years. After they retired, they were able to spend more time doing what they loved. One was good with words and one was good with art. They decided to collaborate on a project where each could bring their particular talent together to create something special. Unique in its character, this book, combining Dave's poems and Bob's water color paintings, is the result of that collaboration.

Dave lives in Carlsbad, CA with his wife, Kathy. They have 3 children.

Robert lives in San Diego, CA with his wife Kathy. They have 2 children and one grandchild.
