Bought this for a good friend in a recent motor vehicle accident. Louise Hay has long aspired to help all of us understand our innate healing abilities. This book is a practice...for healing...a commitment we make to ourselves in honoring our bodies. This book gives power to the reader in a constructive way to assist in the healing process. My friend shared how helpful this book has been at a time when she is vulnerable. It has given her strength and courage, involving her in her personal healing process. The world could benefit through the philosophy of healing through body/mind/spirit. Louise Hay has been promoting this philosophy for years, and with health care the way it is today with little time given to patients for emotional trauma, Louise Hay's books provide the missing link.
