About the Author

Martin J. Carter Lecturer in Economics at Leeds University Business School. His research interests centre on knowledge management in the modern firm Mark Christopher Casson is Professor of Economics and Head of the Department of Economics at the University of Reading. One of his principle research interests is the economics of the multinational enterprise. He has published several books in the area, both as author and editor. Malcolm Chapman is currently Lecturer in International Business at the Centre for International Business, University of Leeds (CIBUL). He has published widely in social anthropology and management.
