My name is Karl Kevin Smith. I was born and raised in East St. Louis, Illinois. I am a proud by-product of the educational system of District 189. I was blessed to have some of the most brilliant teachers in my schooling years. English teachers such as Ms. Hunt and Ms. Dillard at Lansdowne Junior High School.
