This one is a funny sexy low story between librarian Becky and lawyer Deacon. The plot of the story and how those two meet is so funny. I loved when is so much comedy involved in a book. But the book also has real-life struggle such as family drama and of course broken heart. Becky is such a cute smart cookie with a funny friend it is hard not to like her. Deacon, on the other hand, is likable but like his sister has pointed out was too much his father and I liked that he change that at the end of the story. I liked that he opened his eyes and went in to fight for Becky. I volunteered to review an ARC of this book for Netgelly

when law librarian becky schrader sets eyes on foster deacon she thinks he's the perfect person to break her streak of jerks who are bad in bed. no more lawyers or stuck up suits who look the part but never come through on marriage and the white picket fence and the 2.5 kids. he's a sexy lumberjack who clearly wants her and fulfills every promise of a good time. foster isn't looking for a relationship, but his one night with becky was unexpectedly hot. and he's disappointed when he realizes that she really meant it when she said it was a one and done type deal. when it turns out that he's the new lawyer starting up at the firm becky works at, she's mortified. he's thrilled to have a second shot. he'll need more than one to win her over. laws of attraction puts foster through his paces. he needs to work hard to convince becky to take a chance on him. she's been hurt enough, not just by romantic partners but by her own family, and the last thing she needs is a guy who won't put her first. she's already been made to feel small and unimportant, so the worst thing foster can do is seemingly not consider her feelings or opinions when things get tough. the last entry in the librarians in love series is a sweet yet sexy love story. foster and becky have tons of chemistry, and they find themselves fighting as much as they find themselves loving each other. also if you like pets, this story definitely appeals to animal lovers. **laws of attraction will publish on october 31, 2017. i received an advance readere copy courtesy of netgalley/kensington books (zebra shout) in exchange for my honest review.

3.5 Stars Fun, flirty and sexy, three things I love in a book. Add in a super hot lawyer with a completely loveable and mushy interior and I was hooked. We have law librarian, Becky Schrader, who is forever making bad choices when it comes to men (all she wants is the white picket fence), so after her most recent breakup her best friend decides she needs a night of debauchery, one night, no holds barred. Enter lumberjack Deke and Becky has the one night stand she was looking for, that is until the new hire walks into her law firm. Yes, it's the one and only Deke the lumberjack, who as it turns out is actually hotshot lawyer, Foster Deacon, and Becky has sworn off lawyers, oh and geniuses too, and Foster just happens to be a genius in his field. Herein follows some cute and extremely funny scenarios all involving Foster trying to help Becky in his own way. Highly enjoyable read. I was provided with an advanced copy of this book from the publisher via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

This was a fun, flirty read that left me smiling and just plain happy. I loved Becky and Foster. Their sassy banter back and forth had me laughing out loud.and their chemistry came to life on the pages. Wouldn't you know the one time in her life that Becky Schrader lets loose and has a little naughty fun she would hook up with a new associate at the law firm she works at. Luckily being the firm's librarian will limit their interactions. Hopefully. Not if Fostor Deacon has anything to say about it
