Damian Goldvarg, PhD, MCC, is a Master Certified Coach and leadership authority with over thirty years of global experience. As former president of the International Coaching Federation (2013–2014), he has trained thousands of coaches worldwide. Based in Los Angeles but originally from Argentina, Goldvarg brings a cross-cultural lens to leadership development.

He holds a doctorate in Organizational Psychology and has worked with Fortune 500 companies, the UN, and major institutions across 50+ countries.
