After preparing some of the recipes, I fell in love with this book. Whatever I have made so far was excellent, Crunchy Chocolate Cookies and Nanny's Potted Chicken. The photos are beautiful, the recipes easy to follow and practical for a working person. They taste delicious and knowing they are healthy without any gluten, additives, preservatives, etc. makes it even better. I recommend buying this cookbook.
