Loved this book ready for next one but can't seem to find any help out there. Love the broken and battered hearts that get mended by undying love hope that's what happens for Blake

I absolutely loved, loved, loved this book. Lisa is an amazing author and story teller. Blake is the type of guy your not sure whether to love him or hate him. Maybe alittle of both. Lila is sweet and vulnerable and gets sucked in by two gorgeous men after being broken by another. The chemistry between Blake and Lila is off the charts HOT! I highly recommend this bok to everyone. Thank You Lisa for writing and sharing yet another amazing story.

A delicious combination of frozen hot chocolate and lemon drops slathered in angst! Lila was looking to escape her past and start over in a new city. She had no idea her “do over” would include a chance encounter with a sexy man offering her a job and a brooding bad boy that pisses her off and turns her on at the same time who happens to also be her new roommate. She also didn’t know these two men would collide in a way she never thought possible. Blake is the damaged, sexy artist that women throw themselves at thinking they will be the one to change him. No matter how hard Lila tried not to do the one thing Blake asked her not to…she fell for him. Pierce glides in to Lila’s life with the job opportunity of a life time, sex appeal and worships the ground she walks on. Is it enough to win Lila’s heart when it already belongs to another? Do you try to fall in love with the sure thing? Or do you allow yourself to continue to fall for the man that ignites your insides with one glance, but cannot promise forever? I enjoyed the combo of the enemy to friends romance, love lost and found mixed with bad boy romance all while dancing on the line of love triangle. I thought I knew where the story was going and boy was I wrong. With all the "Lies Unspoken", I was blind-sided by decisions that were made and I cannot wait to dive back in and see where the story goes because there is NO way that is how all of this can end.

Lies Unspoken is the first book in the new Flawed Love series by Lisa De Jong. It's about a young woman named Lila who is trying to run away from her past. She's wanting to start new in Chicago. She stays in her friend's apartment, and thinks she will be living there by herself until she can find a place of her own. However, her friend failed to mention that she would have a roommate – her brother Blake. Blake has a bad attitude and Lila instantly hates him (even though he is totally hot). They really clash in the beginning. The sexual tension is off the charts though. But, Blake is broody and distant, and refuses to be in a relationship. Then, Lila starts a new job and her wealthy & handsome boss takes an interest in her. She doesn't know that her new boss, Pierce, and Blake has a connection – and they hate each other. There is something major they are both hiding and neither guy will tell her. This book is amazing, I loved it. There is a love triangle, but only one man in her heart. Lila makes some bad choices along the way (though she isn't the only one), and she ultimately gets her heart broken. The author does an amazing job of making you feel all of these up and down emotions throughout the book. I'm emotionally drained now. And if I was an emotional person, I would be a mess – surrounded by tissues. This book has a big, frustrating cliffhanger at the end. I didn't really read through the other reviews, so I wasn't prepared for it at all. I am just dying for the next book in this series. I don't know how I'm going to be able to wait.
