Overview

Living in Joyful Resilience is a Call-to-Action roadmap for creating recurring joy and stronger resilience in your life. It provides thought-provoking research into the difference between being merely resilient and being joyfully resilient. Drawing from psychology, education and neuroscience, the book explains how joyfulness contributes to the responses that enable us to bounce back from adversity, thriving not just surviving. Included are resilience stories from the author and nine contributors that will inspire you, many resources and free healing gifts. The accompanying journal, Simple Soul Thoughts, is available to aid in achieving the joyful resilience mindset needed for more enduring strength.
