Bill Zehme brings Kaufman's life all back to life. From Andy's first 'programs' to his hit TV show 'Taxi.' Seldom does a truly great comedian come along, and luckily for us Andy came a long, and thank goodness for authors like Bill Zehme who will enter the intriguing mind of such comedians. This is a must read for anyone, regardless if you were a fan of his work or not!

Lost in the Funhouse is the only book an Andy Kaufman fan really needs! The author, Bill Zehme, obviously cares for the subject. The work put into it (6 years of research!) is ever-present in every sentence, on every page, of every chapter. The book may be a long read for some, but it's well worth it!!!!

This book was very clearly writen and opened up my mind and heart to this wonderful 'song and dance man'. Before reading this book, I thought that Andy Kaufman was just a regular nut-so comedian but this book made me realize the creativity that this man truly possesed. This book truly makes you feel for the man who is Andy Kaufman. It is a must read for any Andy Kaufman fan. It was a wonderfully writen book and the author, Bill Zehme, deserves some kind of praise for his remarkable work.
