About the Author

Zoe Dawson is the alter ego of multi-published, bestselling author Karen Anders.Karen started her career because her grandmother gave her a book to read. That book made her fall in love with romance and started her on the trek to get published. She achieved that goal in 1996 with the publication of Jennifer’s Outlaw for Silhouette.Even with eighteen books under her belt, she can’t wait for that next idea, that next exquisite sentence and, of course, the next hero and heroine who fall in love.

Louder Than Words by Zoe Dawson Going to the Dogs 2: The Alphas Series Book Three Dr. Connor Wentworth, a plastic surgeon who truly cared about making life better for his patients. Unlike his father who only cared about the money he made. Connor decided to give all to medicine and opt out of relationships. To avoid the unhappy scene he watched in his parents lives. Talia Cassano was a nurse, but her true dream was to open a flower shop. And then there was her unspoken and unattainable dream—Dr. Gorgeous. Only her best friend and fellow RN, Poppy Bright knew about that one. Ha! Getting the man who she considered James Bond...Bond Girls included...to even notice her. Not likely. Loved the story as always. It includes some of the previous characters in the Alpha Series and Going to the Dogs, which I always enjoy. Cute puppies and dogs and plenty of issues on the road to romance. **Sexual content and language

Louder Than Words is a great addition to the series and can be read standalone. There is a lot going on in this story. Can a man be both a dedicated ground breaking surgeon and a giving partner in a relationship? I really liked the multi-dimensional character of Dr. Connor Wentworth. He fascinated me on several levels. I loved the differences between the way Connor and Talia see the world. I’m sure it had everything to do with the different ways they were raised. I loved watching these two come together. The dogs are almost an afterthought in this one but the story works on all fronts for me.
