Enjoyed the book. I so wanted the characters to have their HEA. And was happy when they did Oh and I tried really really hard to feel for Davy's mom. I just couldn't but I did try

Another wonderful Andrew Grey story. As soon as I see a new book by him, I buy and read it immediately. There are always challenges for the characters, but lots of love and a HEA!

I was given an ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review. I have to say I absolutely fell in love with this book. My favorite of the series. I love how the characters from the previous books were incorporated into the new one. Greg has found out that his son Davey is going blind and shortly after he meets Tom. Tom immediately feels a connection with Greg and Davey. The friendships, help and support from the children to the adults is heartwarming and of course there has to be a bit of drama from the ex. I enjoyed Tom's friend Skip too and hope he appears in other books or a story of his own. Who know maybe he will make the move to Pleasanton. If you haven't read this book I highly recommend it and I would recommend reading the other books in the series. You won't be lost if you haven't but it gives you a better understanding of the friendships envolved. Definitely earned 5 stars.

I have loved each of the Senses book, and this one is no exception. Greg meets Tom and they hit it off, but Gregs world revolves around his son Davey—a 10 yo boy whose quickly going blind. When Davey looses what sight, he has left while Greg is on a date with Tom, he shuts down his heart as best he can, or tries to at least. Tom on the other hand isn’t so easy to dismiss. He’s sweet, slightly dominating in personality, and completely smitten. When Tom decides to help after learning about Beep Ball, Greg is resistant, but Davey is all for it. What kid wouldn’t love it? I’m sighted and thought it sounded like fun. Each man has issues, fears, and trials to work through as they work toward a happy future for Davey, and themselves. Then the ex shows up… Now, she’s not as bad as she could have been, and I’ve known people like her, but I had no sympathy for her. Watching as Greg and Tom felt their way together while trying to help Davey and deal with her was painful at times yet sweet and endearing. I want Tom (or maybe his bi twin)! I hope to see them again soon and hope Tom’s best friend that visits (you’ll bleed for him too) gets his HEA too… If you love love and Andrew Grey stories, then this is your book. This is a story of love and comfort and while not a ‘hot’ as some of Andrew’s others, is still a Must read.
