This is a thoroughly enjoyable well written story. The author creates wonderfully complex characters for this second chance romance. It has a little mystery, some humor and a lot of romance. It’s a story that brings all kinds of smiles and deep sighs. I received this book for free from eBook Discovery. I voluntarily review this book. This is my honest review

4.5 Stars I really enjoyed this book. If you haven't read a book by Sophia Knightly you're missing out. I just love her style of writing. They way she has with developing characters is magic. This book is about second chances. Piper and Roman were first loves, but too young to give the other what they needed. Now years later fate is bringing them back to each other, but can Piper trust Roman not to bail again? Roman's mother is quite the character. There were many times I found myself chuckling along while reading. This book had me right from the beginning and I was sorry to see it end.

Loved by You is the fifth book in Sophia Knightly's Tropical Heat Series and it was definitely worth the wait! I loved Roman and Piper's love story! Roman broke Piper's heart ten years ago and has regret it ever since. Seeing her now has only brought up all of those feelings and he would do anything he could to make her see that he is a changed man. If only his life wasn't so complicated! Piper doesn't want to forgive and forget. It took her months to get over Roman and eloping with the first guy who came along after having her heat broken was only one mistake out of many since. Falling back in love with Roman wasn't an option especially since it had the potential to destroy her this time around. However, how do you say no to the only man you have or will ever love in your lifetime? I was given an ARC from the author/publisher. All conclusions are mine and mine alone.

I loved Piper and Roman! First loves reconnecting after years. What's not to love about that?? Piper was heartbroken when Roman left her behind all those years ago. He was focused on becoming a tennis great and did t have time to settle down. But she has finally gotten over him. Or so she'd thought until he comes back in her life. Wanting her to watch over his mom, a woman she loved as much if not more than her own. With her company focusing on the care of older people she hasn't the heart to say no if something is wrong.  Roman had not forgotten Piper. Her looks, her spirit or the way she affected him. But he needs her now. And he will stop at nothing to get her. His mother is off. Or something isn't right and he knows how close they once were. If anyone can find out what's wrong it is Piper. With Piper determined to stay away how can he make her see that he is finally ready to settle down and be the man she always wanted him to be? But with another woman in his life things get complicated quickly. The smoldering, simmering passion that has been between Roman and Piper explodes when these two are within feet of one another and nothing will stop it. No amount of resistance on either part will keep them away from one another. But with Roman dragging his feet about the other woman in his life Piper never again will play seconds in his life. Will these two be kept apart by formalities and a sense of loyalty to a family Roman owes his life to? Will Piper be strong enough to stand for what she wants? This is a definite must read in the series and I can't wait for more!!

Loved by You is a wonderful heartfelt second chance at love romance. It is the latest in the Tropical Heat Series by Sophia Knightly. Each book is a stand-alone novel but if you read the series you will see the characters you love again. Roman Spenser is a former tennis champion who returns home to rebuild his tarnished reputation. He reconnects with his first love when he is concerned about his mother. Piper Chandler was the girl Roman left behind. She is now runs a senior concierge service because she is always helping people in need. Piper can’t say no to checking on Sadie – Roman’s mother. Piper discovers that there is something “stinky” about Brie Roman’s new girlfriend. This is a good read if you need to escape the world for a while and just enjoy rediscovering romance.

Fate tends to make an appearance at just the right time. There are moments where life can become unbearable, but then fate sneaks up to tap you on the shoulder and turn life in a whole new direction. Piper and Roman have a history. What began as young love matured into broken hearts. Life pulled them in different directions, but a chance meeting could be a new beginning for a love interrupted. Ms. Knightly showcases humor, heart and a hint of mystery in Loved by You. Sometimes crazy, but always delightful and that makes it irresistibly entertaining.
