Angelica and her father are working together on the dig site were her mother's helicopter crashed. Angelica wants to prove her mother's writings in her journal are correct. This site has so many different types of older Maya Culture on it. Angelica isn't sure how this happened. Quint has returned but hasn't called or texted Angelica since he has been gone. Angelica is very unhappy with him. Demons, ghost and Mayan research makes this a very interesting and exciting adventure. Ann has given us another wonderful book. joy943

Second book in this series and equally as good as the first or better. Completely different storyline than the current genres. Looking forward to the next already

I love Ann Charles mysteries. This series is a welcome addition to the Deadwood books and the Jackrabbit Junction books. Fun, with a little supernatural thrown in.

Once again, Ann Charles will have you down in the jungles gasping, laughing and wanting to close your eyes (but can't because you can't stop reading). When reading any of her books it's like visiting family. Quirky, dangerous, oh my what are they going to do next family. But you love them all.

Make No Bones About It is the second book in Ann Charles' Dig Site Mysteries and like all her books it is packed full of good, sexy, mysterious and a little paranormal fun! Ann brings these characters to life in a setting that is ripe with ancient mysteries as well as not so ancient mysteries. Angélica and Quint are back in the jungle only this time at a new site...the site Angélica's mother died at. Angélica is sure there is a mystery to uncover that her mother discovered and she is determined to find it but Quint feels there is more then meets the eye here and he is determined to protect the "boss lady" at any cost! Thank you Ann for another thoroughly entertaining book and I hope that you plan many many more adventures with this cast of characters!

A winner! As I got farther in I found it harder to put this book down. The story advances the relationship between photojournalist Quint and archaeologist Angelica, introduces a supernatural element, and presents a ton of good info about Maya and Olmec info and lore. The support personnel and pet javelin have active roles to play. Read and enjoy.

Mystery, romance and all the scary jungle stuff you can handle. This 2nd book with Quint, Angelica and the dig site is fast paced, researched well, full of drama and humor...a treat to read and impossible to put down once you begin it. Ann has presented us with another wonderful book!

Five stars just doesn’t seem like enough for this second book by Ann Charles in A Dig Site Mystery series. I absolutely love Ann’s stories and couldn’t wait for this one to come out to see where we would go next on an adventure with the group and what escapades would happen along the way! I was not let down at all! So many questions I had were answered as the group uncovered more and more ancient relics and tie ins to The Deadwood series, which for me was a biggie, were made. Ann did an amazing job writing this story along with so much research! I love the little snippets she added to the beginning of each chapter that gave a little information on the Maya culture. Don’t hesitate to pick this one up because you were surely not be let down and will enjoy hours of good entertainment and laugh out loud moments. Yes, this was well worth the wait and I loved it! I would give it ten stars if I could!

This was a wonderful and long read. I love Angélica and Quint together, they are one of my favorite book couples. They both both strong and able to be independent but are so much better together. It's one of the few books I've read in a while that took me more than one day. This is because it was longer, I enjoyed every minute it took me to read. It's a book I would definitely recommend to others.
