Our intent with this book, with the many Recipes, Beautiful Tropical Images, Poetry and "Bush Wisdom" is to give you a tiny taste of Life and Love in Belize and throughout the Remarkable Cultures of the Caribbean. To make it easier while still retaining the basic "flavor" of the Exotic Language and Culture; we have written much of it in a "Creole Lite" of a sort. The kind of "polite" Creole Belizeans speak around Tourists and other Visitors from "Foreign".
