Management of Education

Managing has been essential to assure the coordination of individual efforts. As we have come to rely increasingly on group efforts and as many as organized groups have become large, the task of management has risen in importance. The NPE and PDA has emphasized the importance of decentralizing planning and management of education at all levels and involving people in the process. The task of ensuring effective implementation of any aspect of education rests on the educational management system.
