Maun ke Pankh

Born on 19 September 1951 in Kota, Rajasthan,

Kamal Sahay Bhatnagar spent 34 years in the Rajasthan Judicial Service,

writing the course of many lives with the pen of integrity.

He retired from the distinguished position of District and Sessions Judge (Supertime Scale),

yet the light of emotional sensitivity, honesty, and justice

still shines brightly in his personality.
