Matthew, Luke, and Richard return in this third installment of the MORE series.
These three men have weathered a lot, and their love for one another is as strong as ever. Yet Matthew Stewart, the youngest of the threesome, can't help but feel like he's made one too many mistakes lately, both with his men and his future. His perfect life is starting to crumble around him. Haunted by a past he's never truly faced and struggling to find his place in the world, he sets his sights on a new dream job at a wildlife rehabilitation center. With more than just a great job on the line, he refuses to turn his back on someone in need. A favor morphs into danger as Matthew, Luke, and Richard face a week alone in the wilderness, looking for evidence of either an accident or a crime. With no hiking experience and armed strangers trying to hunt them down, these three men will learn to lean on each other more than ever. And in the process, they just might heal more than one old wound.
Length: 112,018 words. This book contains explicit sexual content, graphic language, and an all-male menage relationship.

“For you see, each day I love you more, today, more than yesterday and less than tomorrow.” ~ Rosemonde Gerard Matthew, of ‘More Than Ever’ by Sloan Parker, is the youngest and most vulnerable of his family. Neither Richard nor Luke have had a carefree life, but they have had more time to face their circumstances and move beyond them. Matthew feels that he is not deserving of the two magnificent, successful men he is with. He wants to feel like he has accomplished something, but instead of talking about his secret fear, he goes along with whatever they want, whether he wants it or not. Matthew’s silence and compliance come back to haunt him, breaking through at a critical part in their lovemaking, giving Luke and, especially Richard, pause; they wonder how many other times Matthew has kept silent, trying to please them, when he should have spoken up. Even though Matthew has gone to school to learn how to be a veterinary technician, he is having a difficult time finding a job. He has always had feelings of insecurity and of being abandoned, particularly since his father left him and his mother. Since Matthew has never faced the situation, it has grown to monumental proportions. He loves Richard and Luke, but the incident of him not being honest in bed, has put a huge dent in their love life. They are almost afraid to touch him for fear of doing something he does not want. Matthew feels like he has ruined the intimacy between the three of them and it will never be like it was before. Matthew has always been my favorite character in the ‘More’ series. Although Luke and Richard have never deliberately done anything to make Matthew feel inferior in any way, he has always felt like he is not “good enough” to be with these two strong, successful men. Being so much younger than his partners, I have to admit that they have been protective of him, but they did it out of love, not because they felt he was inferior. It was good to see him get beyond the ghosts that have haunted him, and take his rightful place as an equal partner for Richard and Luke. Thanks, Sloan, for an awesome addition to the ‘More’ series.

Actual Raiting 4.5 of 5 *Possible Spoilers* We revisit Luke, Richard and Matthew's love story. This time in book 3 its all from Matthew's POV. We learn a lot in what thoughts and emotions Matthew feels as he goes through his life with his lovers. There is still a strain in the triad relationship from book 2 that all the characters are trying to overcome. Added on top of that is Matt's dealing with his estranged past with his Dad and a mystery that drags him and his lovers into the wilderness. Overall this book has the most angst of the series but also has some intense sexy scenes that balance out in the story. I greatly enjoyed how the relationship progresses for the triad throughout the novel. Originally planned as a trilogy, but the surprise at the end heavily implies another novel in the future for this throuple. I truly hope its a conclusion novel for this triad with all 3 POVs of the characters. This series was my 1st and still is my favorite Gay menage. Another excellent story with the Richard-Luke-Matthew throuple 4.5 I love spending time with Matthew, Richard and Luke. Here, we finally get Matthew's point of view, the youngest member of the throuple. With most menage stories, readers are often suffocated with tons of heated scenes and minimal story. That's not the case here (or in the other stories in this series). The author eloquently delivers a story that is emotional and heartfelt when dealing with their relationship dynamics while also offering a suspenseful secondary storyline. We get a chance to learn what Matthew loves most out of life, his career choices, and how he sees their relationship. Most of all, it's a story of Matthew discovering and trusting himself and his decisions. Matthew is getting ready to start his internship at the wildlife rehabilitation center. But the sudden disappearance of the center's vet (Alex) throws off his plans. When Alex's son seek's Matthew's help to find his father, Matthew's ever-giving nature kicks in and the adventure begins. I will admit, while I understood Matthew's need to help find Alex, it often bothered me the lengths he would go to and the risks of what was at stake. But I continued to go along with it, just as Richard and Luke did. Ultimately, I'm glad I did. In the end, it made Matthew and the throuple stronger. The heated scenes aren't as common as one would expect in a menage. But they felt right. And when they happened, they were explosive with passion and all-consuming love. If you enjoy the Richard-Luke-Matthew relationship, you're going to love this story as well and their enduring, deep love. /I received a copy of this book from Booksprout.
