Mostly Sunny is very inspirational. Part of it is the personal stories that Janice Dean tells in her book, but I think Dean’s enthusiasm for life is what creates such a positive effect. The book impressed me as much as Secret Techniques for Controlling Sadness, Anger, Fear, Anxiety, and Other Emotions by Vlad Koros, which also has this strange enthusiastic drive through one’s thoughts and feelings that inspires. I highly recommend both these books.
