This book is about a very young boy, who was diagnosed with anxiety before he even knew what the word meant. He suffered for many years. As he got older, he became depressed and finally sought help. Eventually, he went on medication and had other treatments which were very beneficial. He wrote this book to help people who are suffering the way he was and he believes it will help!
