What if someone promises to recreate this very intimate switch of your life? To intricately focus every feature of your growing-up awkwardness, of your sight of the first shooting pimple, and above all, your first experience of the fluttering feeling in the stomach, shooting pain in the heart, that sweet pain named love! Interested to indulge in some brimming nostalgia? Good for me, for I just won my first reader!
Every adolescent contemplates that what he/she is experiencing is exclusive to him/ her; however, the truth is that the set of feelings that form his/ her core are shared not only by this person's own peers but also by the billions who passed before and the millions to come!
Although each individual's emotions are special, I, as an author, have made an attempt to explore the general hue shared by those special people called the teenagers!
The novella tries to catch the growing-up nervousness and excitement and finally the coming to terms with oneself via the three main characters, Javed, Manju, and Ajay.

This story is MY FIRST ONE EVER. Billions of mistakes... Em, this story is called 'Why Should I Believe You?'
Dark. Scary. Eerie. That was what I had to say about this...This...Place. Nobody seemed to know, since there was nobody else to know, where this was.
The iron door lifted, to reveal a man. Not a man. More like the devil. His face was stony, expressionless. Gleaming red eyes stood in his eye-sockets, his face sunken in.
"Welcome, youngster, to he<_>ll." He rasped.
"H-he<_>ll? But I didn't di<_>e!"
"Why should I believe you?"
With a jolt, I woke up. *Phew. Just a nightmare.* I thought to myself. I ran downstairs. Saturday!! Happily, I asked dad if we could go to the museum.
"If you will practice violin, yes."
"I...I will." I hated playing violin.
"Why should I believe you?" Dad asked.
Later, my friend asked if she could come over to play. I said yes. Soon, she arrived, holding a bag in her hands.
"What's in that bag?"
"A birthday gift for your mother. I am giving it to your dad until your mom's birthday is here, than he'll give it to her."
"Give it to me, I promise not to tell her!!"
"Why should I believe you?"
       "BECAUSE I CAN BE TRUSTED!!"
