My Sister My Twin

Kate and Alex are sisters who do not trust each other until a medical emergency causes them to examine what went wrong in their relationship. Alex needs a bone marrow transplant and doesn't trust her sister to agree. Kate wants to donate but doesn't want her sister to know. How can they both survive this conflict?
