My Story As A Breast Cancer Survivor

You are given your birthday and your death date, with a dash in between. What have you been doing with that dash, your dash? You must ensure that you live every minute of every day. So, every day, I work on my dash.
Finding a lump was one of the most fearsome things that happened to me, or so I thought. It was followed by uncertainty, insecurity, horror, and lost hopes. Yet, each day I woke up, it was a new day to hope, a day to get through, a day to live.
I'll admit: it wasn't all too easy....
