'Nada the Lily' is a factual novel by writer H. Rider Haggard, first printed in 1892. Set in South Africa, the book's characters are all black South Africans. The novel tells the story of the hero Umslopogaas, the illegal son of the great Zulu King and General Chaka and his son for 'the most beautiful of Zulu women', Nada the Lily.
