About the Author

Darcie Goodwin's childhood included running around in the US states of Alabama, Arkansas and Tennessee. Her love for travel led to her learning how fortunate she was as a child. Neti the Yeti Saves His Mountain was born out of Darcie's desire to seek environmental friendly solutions for future generations.
In addition to championing environmental issues, Darcie currently serves as a marketing / communications consultant. Her previous experience includes serving as Communications Manager for FedEx in China. Before joining FedEx, Darcie traveled the globe handling media relations and communications for ORBIS International. Her broad range of experience also includes positions at the Oklahoma Department of Commerce; US Asia Commercial Development; the Taipei YMCA; and, for former Congressman Buddy MacKay.
Darcie earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Political Science from Drew University in New Jersey. She also holds a Master of Business Administration in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona.
