This is a very good book filled with practical negotiation techniques that will build real skills. I highly recommend it. Even if the only negotiations you ever have are with your teenager, you can use this book. There is so much information that you can become overwhelmed, however, so take notes from the beginning.
Excellent book. Voss uses real life hostage crisis situations highlighting effective negotiation skills applicable for professional and personal communication.
