If you are looking for a new author, this is the author for you! Her books are fantastic and fast paced, action packed. I will never miss a book by this author. Every one of her books was great. I love the Mageri series, and the Seven series. I would recommend every single one of them. Enjoy, you WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED!

I struggled with this book. Lexigrated on my nerves. I mean to the point where I was hoping she would not survive the war... Cringe inducing dialigue. 3 stars is being generous. Hate I wasted time with this.

This was a fantadtic series, I hate to see it end. I was hoping so much to have a Trevor and William book. I loved both chatacters and they each brought so much to the whole series that I felt they deserved for their story to be told. I will miss all these characters!

Oh my goodness, what a way to end a fantastic series......... action, action, and more action. Better than i could have imagined with nail biting scenes that held you on the edge and wouldnt let you put the book down until it was finished. Countless moments i feared for many of my beloved characters yet i wouldnt have changed a thing. Just the right amount of humor and hot love scenes to keep you from losing interest in what seemed like a never ending war. Loved loved loved this book and this series!

One Second is the seventh and final installment in Dannika Dark's paranormal/shifter romance titled Seven. Each book in this series focuses on a different romance while continuing an ongoing story for the shifter pack. Very fittingly, Ms. Dark closes the series out with the same couple that she started with: Lexi and Austin. Their romance is far from over as evidenced by their intimate and selfless bond. All of the characters make memorable appearances at some point during this final book which helped me gain some closure and say goodbye. I should note though that One Second felt very long. Once the suspense element was added near the end I had no problem though. Overall, I liked One Second and would without a doubt recommend it to any readers who have been following this series. Enjoy! My favorite quote: "If you keep thinking ahead, you’ll never appreciate what’s in front of your face." The Seven series includes the following installments as of 2016. #1-Seven Years #2-Six Months #3-Five Weeks #4-Four Days #5-Three Hours #6-Two Minutes #6.5-Charming #7-One Second #7.5-Winter Moon

....and BOOM goes the dynamite!! What an epic conclusion to the Seven series. I loved that the last book went back to it's roots with Austin & Lexy. But with the shifter war coming we get caught up with the entire Weston pack. Sad to have the series end. It's now one of my favorites. I've always wondered if I'm the only one glad Ben didn't get his own book?? Bravo to DD for writing amazing characters and a world I don't want to leave. I loved that even with the pack facing the biggest fight of their lives that they stayed true to themselves and were even cracking wise while trying to save their loved ones. If you haven't read this series yet PLEASE do so now, you WON'T be disappointed.

It was hard waiting for the last book in the series to come out, but it wrapped up little things from the other books and gave a satisfying ending. Dannika is a really wonderful writer. Her stories come alive. She's created a world that seems real while reading.

One Second was everything that the series ending should be. Exciting as it tied up loose ends, explained situations, and the journey of the characters ended. I loved the series and this book was just perfect.
