What a better way is there to put a smile on your face than spending a little time in Christmas town. Come find smiles, love and romance in this delightful story of a women with a broken heart and the man named Nick who comes to town that takes her breath away. Lord it is going to be hard to stay off Santa’s naughty list this year. I have loved this series from the start this story adds so much to it with its cute funny humor that will keep you smiling, chuckling and laughing as these two dances around each other bring in the season cheer. I loved the characters, their chemistry, the way the romance builds, the rumor and oh the naughty list. I loved how Nick reminded her of the list and how he told her whether she was naughty or nice. The story is just full of fun, season cheer wrapped around a delightful plot that pulls you giving you laugh after laugh. The supporting characters are wonderful as they keep you smiling. If you are like me you can’t get enough Christmas joy each of Ms. Baird stories in this series bring so much fun, love and laughs you won’t be able to put them down. I got so excited when I picked this up and the excitement stayed with me until I put it down. Come visit Christmas town and laugh your way through the holidays

I loved this Christmas story by Ginny Baird! Olivia Livingston knew that moving to Christmas Town was the best decision she has ever made. The town was filled with wonderful people, shops and businesses that all revolved around Christmas all year long, but finding the right person to date after her heart was broken three years ago has been challenging until Nick Claus comes to town to help her restore the Grand Hotel. I was given an ARC from the author/publisher. All conclusions are mine and mine alone.

The magic continues in Christmas Town with Olivia Livingston and Nick Claus. Olivia is teaming up with Nick to renovate the Grand Hotel and while they work magnificently together professionally, there is definitely chemistry brewing between the two of them as well. However, with their complicated pasts and fear of the unknown, chemistry may not be enough to keep these two together. I have been a big fan of this series so far, and this book definitely does not disappoint. With each book we get more of the back story, history, and magic of Christmas Town and its inhabitants. I loved that this book dove even deeper into the magic that makes Christmas Town so very special. Nick and Olivia are both very likeable characters (as are all the others in the series!) and I really found myself rooting for them. The story is fun and very unique and I am thoroughly enjoying the ride that the author takes the readers on throughout the book. If you’re looking for a Christmas romance that’s not like all the others, then this book is definitely for you. Although I received an ARC of this book, I volunteered to write a review. All of the above opinions are entirely my own.

I simply loved Only You at Christmas. I feel like a broken record, repeating things I’ve said in reviews of previous books in this series. However, there is no denying that Ginny Baird has created a magical place with her Christmas Town series. She goes into vivid details of Christmas Town, Tennessee and its various residents. While this is the third book in the series and quite possibly a standalone read, I think the first book should be read. That way, you have a better idea of who all the secondary characters are. Nick Claus is an architect from Maine. Along with Olivia Livingston, an interior designer by trade, but current owner of All Things Christmas in Christmas Town, Nick has been tasked with restoring the Grand Hotel. Both are single and are not looking for love. Too bad their friends and family in Christmas Town all choose to ignore their not looking for love statements. Each have their own reasons for staying single. For Olivia, it’s that she is still recovering from a three-year-old broken heart and engagement. For Nick, it’s not finding anyone who understands and accepts his interesting quirks. When Nick and Olivia first lay eyes on each other, their attraction is immediate. Each are leery, but they are both willing to try a date or two. Being around each other proves to be more mind-blowing and eye-opening than expected. I’ve always felt that Christmas romances were more special and magical than regular contemporary romances. That sentiment is extremely true with Only You at Christmas. This book had me smiling from the first page. Prepare to fall in love with Olivia, Nate, the residents of Christmas Town, and the magic of Christmas itself. After all, if you just believe, anything is possible. **I received a copy of this book from the author and voluntarily reviewed.**

In this third book in her Christmas Town series, Ginny Baird welcomes readers back to a quaint and quirky community whose holiday spirit twinkles as bright as the Christmas lights that adorn the town. Brimming with wit and whimsy, I delighted in Olivia and Nick’s story! I received a complimentary copy of this book. No review was required, and all thoughts expressed are my own.

Olivia Livingston is happy living in Christmas Town, Tennessee. The holiday spirit is alive and well which is what she needs. She's recovering from a broken romance. Nick Claus is in town to work with Olivia on the restoration of the Grand Hotel. Nick is definitely swoon worthy. I love his connection with animals. It's so sweet. The special attraction between Olivia and Nick is very special. I loved their interaction. I wondered what would happen when she learned his family's secret? I thought Olivia was perfect for Nick. They complete each other. I liked her and her cookie baking skills. She knows what Nick likes. The people of Christmas Town are both loving and quirky. What a fun place to live! Ginny Baird made me fall in love with this town and this couple. The setting is perfect. The dialogue is flirty and humorous. Visiting here is a pleasure. I love this romance and the holiday spirit. I received a copy of this book. I voluntarily read Only You at Christmas. My comments are my honest opinion.

Ginny Baird's Only You At Christmas Nick Claus, the architect and brother of Sandy has arrived in Christmas Town, Tennessee. He is there to restore the Grand Hotel. It has been arranged for Nick to coordinate his ideas with Olivia Livingston. Olivia runs the shoppe called All Things Christmas. She was a former interior decorator who came to town after a shattering love disappointment. Her brother, Carter is the sheriff of the town. The story mixes family and personal values. It is spiced with humorous, magical, naughty and nice situations!!! Olivia and Nick are mature, loving, very likeable characters. Both have been through hurtful past relationships and are trying to keep a business atmosphere. What is ahead for them??? A surprising magical, sweet and enjoyable read!!! I volunteered to read this eBook. Thanks to the author for the opportunity. My opinion is my own.

We return to Christmas Town, Tennessee. Nick and Olivia are such great characters. They fall in love, but the road is not smooth. Olivia will have to accept Nick's "magic" before they can be together. She isn't sure she is ready to accept that his family is "the" Claus family. Can she take a chance that it is real and his isn't delusional? Nick doesn't want to live his life without Olivia, but if she can't accept his family, he will have to let her go.

It's Christmas in the month of March now that Ginny Baird has released the third book in this delightful series where many of the residents of this quaint little town happen to be related to Jolly Ol' St. Nick and I especially enjoy never knowing what sort of magical things will happen next. When the once magnificent Grand Hotel is in need of restoration the town needs the vision of a very talented architect from Bangor, Maine and his name is Nick Claus. When Nick meets lovely town council representative, Olivia Livingston, the sparks and ho-ho-ho's aren't the only things that start to fly around these two. This is a wonderfully lighthearted holiday read with charming and lovable characters and a sweet storyline featuring a little bit of spice and a whole lot of milk and cookies! You will love it! I read a complimentary copy of this book and all opinions expressed in my voluntary review are completely my own.

Only You at Christmas by Ginny Baird is book number two in the Christmas Town series. This is Olivia Livingston and Nick Claus' story. This is a sweet, clean, refreshing, and magical romance. A great addition to the Christmas Town series. Christmas Town and the people are so much fun to visit. The animals also provide entertainment too. Grab a cup of hot cocoa or coffee and escape into the magical world of Christmas Town with Olivia and Nick. Warning! You may get a craving for peppermint, cookies, and milk. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

In this fun light-hearted book we get to return to the quaint small town of Christmas Town, Tennessee. Where magic and love are always in the air. Architect Nick Claus comes to town to work on the restoration of the Grand Hotel. He'll be working closely with interior designer Olivia Livingston. As they work together and get closer it becomes obvious there is an attraction between them. The residents of the town see it but Olivia has been hurt before and doesn't want to be hurt again. And Nick is no ordinary guy. He and his sister Sandy have secrets. Will Olivia accept Nick and his secret or is her heart closed to love.

Ginny Baird has created a magical town in Tennessee that I would love to live in!! The people are so intriguing and unique. Not to mention caring and funny. Nick and Olivia are another great couple to add to the mix. They are funny, outrageously perfect together and bring about some wonderful changes into the town! Olivia is the sister of the sheriff and one of the beat friends of his wife. But she's had a rough time in the romance department. In comes her friend Sandy, telling her how perfect her brother Nick is. And that she'll be working on the Grand Hotel restoration. Close quarters make for interesting times. Nick Claus has come to do a job. Being near his sister and her family is a bonus. But when he meets Olivia things start to change. Magical things that he can't explain until he talks to Sandy. Her experience helps him face what's happening to him. And his magical powers. As things happen quickly there really is no way to explain why Olivia feels certain urges and intuitions. Until she finds out Nick's family secret. Can she believe the extraordinary story he tells her? Will she accept their fate or will fear keep her from it? Really loving this series and can't wait for the next one!

Christmas Town, Tennessee is such a whimsical place to live. When restoration architect Nick Claus comes to town to spend a few months working with former interior decorator Olivia Livingston, magic happens. Nick and his sister Sandy, who is already a resident, have secret magical powers that bring joy to all. There is much goodness, laughter, giggles, lightness, and cheer amongst the town residents, and it shows by how everyone interacts with each other. They are also serious about protecting each other from any heartbreak because they are all romantics and don't want anyone hurt. I laughed out loud about subjects such as sticky notes and animals. I rejoiced at the relationship Nick and Olivia build upon, and admire the continuing happiness that previous couples in the other books in this series still have. It can be read as a stand alone, but I personally am glad that I have been reading them in the order that they were written. [I received an early copy of this book and I reviewed it voluntarily.]
