Ingredients
• 1 medium butternut squash, peeled, seeded and cut into 1 inch pieces
• 1 tbs. olive oil
• 1 clove garlic, mashed
• 2 tbs. tahini
• 1 tbs. lemon juice
• 1/4 tsp. smoked paprika
• salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
• 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
• 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
