About the Author

Sherman's successful football career skyrocketed at the University of Alabama, playing for the Crimson Tide. From there, he joined the Dallas Cowboys in 1995, making the Super Bowl in his rookie year. Ultimately, however, poor decisions resulted in a fifteen-year incarceration.

Since his release, he focuses on improving the lives of others by sharing his story, as well as being a role model and mentor for young people and student athletes.
