About the Author

Joseph Weninger lives with his fiancé and children in Washington State. He has been researching the Genus Psilocybe for around 20 years. His first book, Psychoactive Mushrooms of the Pacific Northwest was published in 2012. In addition to studying psychoactive fungi, he has studied and cultivated a wide variety of psychoactive plants. Professionally, he has worked in the Horticulture field for over 10 years, and is an ISA certified Arborist. He owns and operates Living Art Tree Care in Western Washington.
