Amit Rachman is a self-published children’s book author who was born in Israel and lives in California. Rachman has always had a passion for stories and rhymes. In high school, she wrote her first draft of Eggplant Empire and published it years later. She graduated from UC Davis with a degree in Cell Biology, and she is in school to become an Optometrist.
