About the Author

Hitomi Sakamoto is a psychotherapist and registered homeopath with thirty years of experience working with clients and organizations in Japan, USA and Europe. Originally trained as clinical psychologist in Japan, her interest and passion for more holistic approach to human experience led her to study Process-Oriented Psychology in USA, and homeopathy taught in conjunction with Anthroposophical Medicine and Chinese Traditional Medicine in School of Shamanic Homoeopathy in the UK. She enjoys supporting people to discover their untapped potentials, to creatively solve identified issues, and to go through life transitions and challenging situations with a greater sense of flow. She is the author of "The Dream Compass: Using Dreams as Your Guide". She also enjoys co-hosting with Adi regular dream groups called Dream Cafe, which has been successfully running in the UK and other countries for the past 15 years.

Adi Andrei is a former NASA engineer and data scientist who eventually realized that the most unexplored, mysterious and exciting universe is found within ourselves rather than out there. Inspired by his study of Evolutionary Astrology and the works of Rudolf Steiner, he has been dedicating his life to educating people and creating technologies to help them find a deeper perspective on who they are deep inside, and how everything going on in their life is meaningful in relation to this.
