Recipes Worth Reading is a community cookbook created as a fundraiser for Room to Read. Room to Read believes World Change Starts with Educated Children. We collected 150 recipes from local residents, restaurants, chefs and shops in Central NJ. The ten chapters in the book represent the countries Room to Read operates in.
