I really enjoyed RR and can’t wait to read the rest of the series. I liked the incorporation of Yoga into the story because I haven’t found anything else like it before. It was a unique twist to add poses and beliefs at the beginning of chapters. Even though Trent is a professional baseball player and Genevieve is a young woman struggling to support herself and her siblings it has a real feel to it. I liked Vivvie’s character, she’s a strong character, one that doesn’t whine and cry “woe is me” at every twist and turn. Trent is sexy as hell and not only did I love his relationship with his mother I adored his relationship and interactions with Rowan and Mary. Honestly, I liked the pace and evolution of their story but I would’ve liked to get a glimpse of life on the road and how they’d handle it. I’m hoping I may still get that since the series is based around the women of Lotus House.

This was a great book. Loved that it was centered around this mom and pop type street and yoga studio. Can't wait for number 2

I fell head over heals for Genevieve and Trent. Their instant connection and attraction drew me in form the very start. Coming from two very different worlds, you wonder how will they make it? Genevieve has the responsibility of raising her two younger siblings after the unexpected death of her parents. On top of that, she has bills adding up as she works pay check to pay check to provide food, shelter and normalcy to her siblings. She has put off her dreams of being a hair dresser and one day owning her own salon so that she can make her brother and sister's dreams come true. Her life had a routine and structure, until one of the hottest men landed in her yoga class. Trent was at his lowest point, taking his injury the worst way possible. He gave up on himself and everything around him. Drinking and sleeping with random women became his life. That is until his agent gave him a little reality check, pushing Trent to stop wallowing in his own pity. He either got his butt in gear or he can kiss his new contract good-bye. Deciding to take the advice of his agent, Trent enrolls in yoga; the best decision of his life. The place where he meets Genevieve, his hot, sexy and sweet as sin yoga instructor who he has set in his mind to bed. What neither Genevieve nor Trent expect is a whole lot more than flirting and bedding each other. Genevieve and Trent's relationship was so sweet and honest. I loved how Genevieve brought out the protective, caring and tender side of Trent, and Trent brought out Genevieve's playful, wild and risqué side. Both coming to together perfectly, complementing the other, like yin and yang. Audrey Carlan created a breathtaking story of two people who evolve separately and together. I also LOVED how Audrey explained the different yoga posses in the beginning of each chapter and their importance. Great job Audrey once again and THANK YOU for sharing Genevieve and Trent with us all!

5 Stars I was given this book for my honest review A simple vinaigrette consists of oil, vinegar and a pinch of salt seasonings are optional. Give it a strong whisking and you have a simple dressing that all will love on their salad. The saying goes however oil and vinegar do not mix but with this simple task of whisking air into the combination it combines for just a split second which will leave an amount of euphoria in your mouth. A true journey of two lost souls in their every right come together in this amazing read that will have bewilderment in your eyes, laughter in your souls, frustration when the world won’t leave you alone so you can read and a love and hope that Genevieve and Trent find their truest of hearts. Author Audrey Carlan brings simplicity, a strength, a love so strong in taking the simplest of tasks in everyday life as yoga and not only brings awareness to the body, mind and soul but brings two true hearts and souls together. Major Kudos Be aware, show enlightenment, be your strength and show the world that true hearts and souls not only combine but are a force in the heavens to be reckoned with. Happy Reading
