About the Author

Homesteader by day and werewolf…ahem, *teller of werewolf tales*…by night, Aimee Easterling is a USA Today Bestselling author writing on the boundary between urban fantasy and paranormal romance. She heats her house with hand-split firewood, writes on an ultra-geeky Linux box, and generally does her best to confuse all reasonable assumptions. Studying biology and spending a year backpacking around the world have both informed Aimee’s writing, but she’s quite willing to let reality slide in favor of a good story. This is the third book of the Wolf Legacy series. Ember is close to finding her brother with the help of her kinda-mate Sebastian, but Dakota shows up after taking a hostage. She wants Ember’s brother to be turned over to the Tribunal, and she’ll sacrifice Ember’s family to see that it happens. How will Ember save both sides of her family and still finish the mate bond with Sebastian? OMG! This was the best one yet! I just love how positive Ember is, and how much she loves her family. We get a glimpse of an Ember without this and it is fascinating. I also love the new additions to Ember’s family who were fascinating for various reasons. I can’t say too much about these things because I don’t want to spoil anything, but I hope we see more about them in the future. And, of course, the book is well-written, full of action, and full of plot. I have to admit the end made me a little sad for Ember, but like all of Ms. Easterling’s books, it left me wanting more, and I can’t wait! Highly recommend! Thanks to the author for the e-book which I reviewed voluntarily.
