About the Author

Ellen Yeoman was born and raised in Houston, Texas. The rules and etiquette she was taught at a very young age were all thrown up into the air with arrival of her special needs son Josh. She has endeavored to better herself and her family with a constant pursuit of Mind/Body/Spirit teachings from some of the world's greatest instructors. Having several certifications, she continues her pursuits through writing and holding workshops. She currently resides in Austin, Texas.
