The smell of my success thick in the air as another human manages to break their contract. It clearly states for eternity. Considering it was his daughter's life he waged, I guess he wasn't overly concerned. Bound by blood, her soul is now mine. The sweet scent that's seeping from her pores fills my lungs. It's the fear she is pretending not to show. Usually, I'm not attracted to any human entity, but I am inexplicably drawn to her. She thinks I don't know her soul is tainted like mine. About the Author
