Danica and Kaylie Snow are about to celebrate the biggest day of their lives—their double wedding—on an island in the Bahamas. But no wedding is complete without a little family drama. The two sisters aren't ready to face the father they haven't seen since he divorced their mother and moved away to marry his mistress, and live with Lacy, the half sister they've never met.

While Danica has exchanged letters and phone calls with Lacy, Kaylie has fervently tried to pretend she doesn't exist. Lacy is sweet, fun, and nearly a mirror image of Kaylie. To make matters worse, not only is Lacy looking forward to meeting her sisters, but she idolizes them, too. As the countdown to the wedding date ticks on, their parents are playing a devious game of revenge, and there's a storm brewing over the island, threatening to cancel their perfect wedding. The sisters are about to find out if the bond of sisterhood really trumps all.

AudioBook Review: Stars: Overall 4 Narration 4 Story 4 Melissa Foster brings the story around to the double wedding for Danica and Kaylie, and each sister reacts to their family dynamic and issues just as we would expect. Danica is the “get along and make it work’ sister, determined to do the right thing. Kaylie would far prefer to have all the attention and ignore anything that takes away from her shine, or causes her to look more deeply at her own buried issues. See, the girls’ father left when they were young, he remarried and started a new family. Now they have a fabulous destination double wedding planned, and Danica (being the good girl) invites her father, his wife and their half-sister Lacey. Of course, Danica wanting to keep the peace, and Kaylie still holding on to those resentments and anger al play into the story: and more often than not, Lacey is the one who gets the angry teenager from Kaylie. Oh this was fun – the shifting alliances, the maelstrom of emotions always bubbling below the surface in every family gathering are only heightened when you add in someone thought to have done ‘wrong’, in this case the father who’s affair led to him leaving the family to start another. Emotional with plenty of moments that highlight the interactions, the boys do take a more supporting role. This is, no doubt about it, a story that highlights the sisters’ relationships, their interactions and how they settle the past before grabbing hold of their futures. It’s never one clear path to the reconciliations, and as with life, everything isn’t neat and clean – but it’s entertaining as hell, with a few steamy moments, plenty of emotion and an actual ending that leaves everyone smiling. Narration is again provided by B.J. Harrison, and he’s done a lovely job in keeping the characters distinct and unique, using pacing and small variations in pitch and tone to distinguish them. Never over-reaching for a ‘female voice’ yet sounding wholly appropriate for each character, his presentation is clear and appropriate, gently guiding readers through the story, allowing the emotion, characters and words to present themselves. I received an AudioBook Copy of the title from the publisher for purpose of honest review. I was not compensated for this review: all conclusions are my own responsibility.

Another great one from Melissa. This book made me laugh, cry, and yell. I felt so bad about the wedding. But it turned out perfect in the end. Can't wait to keep reading to see what's happens with the rest of the characters. I'm looking forward to reading about Lacy, the other Snow sister.

Sisters in White is the third book of Love in Bloom Series by Melissa Foster shows the Snow sisters having their double wedding in the Bahamas at Blake’s cousin’s resort Treat Braden. Danica invited their father, stepmother, and half-sister to the wedding and drama can’t be avoided when you add her mother. Danica thought was it would be wrong not to have her father there, Kailey makes herself scarce when he is around and Lacy only wants a sister relationship with since she knew about them all these years. Danica has a fear due in part to her father leaving all those years ago and must learn to trust Blake and give herself completely knowing that he will always be there for her no matter what life throws at them. Kailey has grown up since the last two books where he loves Cruz with everything he has shown with by his actions and loves being a mother to their children. She hates her father for what he did to their mother and to her sisters. We see how she bonds with her step-sister, Lucy, and goes very protective of her when things start to become known. We see how Lucy is a lot like Kailey and we get a sneak peak at Dane Braden who has caught her eye which leads the reader to look forward to their story. As they go over to the island where the wedding it to take place, there is a storm brewing and not only in the weather. When Danica first saw her mother and father kissing earlier and now they are missing along with Max, Michelle and Lexi. While everyone is looking for the missing people, Lucy is already watching her father and Helen. When Danica finds her, she is trying to protect Kailey and Lucy, but once they get back to the resort the story has already been revealed to Lucy’s mother by Helen. Finally these two get their wedding all thanks to Treat and we also see the powerful attraction between Max and Treat which I cannot wait to start reading. I loved how Blake supported and shown Danica with his romantic gestures throughout this book and knows how to be her supports/grounds her when she starts to question and doubt herself. Kailey has grown up since the first time we were introduced to her but she now stands up to anyone and makes her comments whenever she wants and her favorite quote “Whatever happens, happens”. I am looking forward to the Braden’s which is Melissa Foster’s next books in the series.

Sisters Danica and Kaylie are getting the day they've both been dreaming of since they were little girls — their wedding day. But their double wedding in the Bahamas isn't quite as breezy as they'd planned. When their father, stepmother, and half-sister are invited, family drama can't be avoided. Danica's trying to do the right thing, Kaylie's trying to avoid it entirely, and their half-sister Lacy wants nothing more than a relationship with the two sisters she idolizes. Meanwhile, their parents are brewing up a storm almost as strong as the one hovering in the air and threatening to turn their tropical wedding into a natural disaster. The Verdict: I found the family dynamic here fascinatingly realistic. Danica is pragmatic, Kaylie's emotions are on high, and Lacy is a living, breathing reminder of the broken home in which they grew up. Most interesting, though, is the freedom now seen in Danica and Kaylie. Where Kaylie used to wear her wild side like a shield, finding love has allowed her to let down that guard and approach life with less abandon. Of course, she's still Kaylie, and she can have fun or throw a tantrum with the best of them, but it's nice to see her grow up a bit now that she's fallen in love. Likewise, Danica isn't as rigid as she started out in Sisters in Love. We saw a little of her letting loose when she gave into her feelings for Blake, but in this book, she shows an adventurous side we haven't really seen in her before. She and Kaylie were polar opposites in the beginning, and now that they've each found happiness and love, they're letting down their opposing walls and rounding out their lives. Of course, all the family drama going on had me wondering at times if the big wedding would actually happen, but as I hoped, it turned out to be a really fun story, with the kind of family mess most of us can relate to in some way or another, and characters who kept things interesting every step of the way. Now to find out what happens in the next part of the series with the Bradens!

Check out the full review at Kritters Ramblings Kaylie and Danica are two sisters that have gone through quite a bit in this series and thankfully are headed out of town for a double wedding!  I have officially fallen in love with these sisters as they have fallen in love with men and gone on the roller coaster called life.   A dual wedding in Bahamas was a recipe for drama when these two sisters have parents who had a rough divorce, interesting in-laws to-be and friends who bring their own drama!  I loved that the characters that I grew to love in previous books all showed up for the wedding, it was nice to "see" everyone in the same room.

I really loved book 1 and 2 of Sisters in Bloom series and Book 3, Sisters in White was every bit as good as the first two if not even better. I feel like I have got to know Kayley, Danica, Chaz and Blake so well and the other characters are fabulous. In this book we are on the lead up to the double wedding of sisters Danica and Kayley and a wedding wouldn’t be a wedding without a bit of drama. With their mom and dad, his wife and daughter attending the wedding on an exotic resort owned by Blake’s cousin you know that something will happen. They do eventually get married but not exactly as planned as you will find out when you read it. We also get to know Max Armstrong a little better and meet Blake’s cousin Treat, who owns the resort and has arranged the wedding at his expense. I think this series has been the fastest I have read books as I just can’ put them down, I want to know what happens next and that means reading the book as quickly as I can. With romance, drama, hot men and a bit of sexual reference it was lovely to read that they finally do get married. Very well written as always.

Wonderfully Written  Sisters in White by Melissa Foster is the novel many have been waiting for. Danica and Kaylie are close, very best friends helping each other go through a broken home. Their parents divorce after their father’s infidelity and there revelations readers will not expect to come.   The novel is “hot” and full of emotions mixed with some laughter.  The reader will feel the tension on the Island of the Bahamas. Every character will become the favorite as each one has the perfect scene and dialogue. If following Melissa Foster from previous novels, some characters are re-introduced and only at this point, readers will see that some of them including Kaylie have started to take on a more mature role.  The wedding’s setting may be blissful but what actually happens isn’t.  Turmoils? It’s all about families, romance and then some.  I do recommend this book and the previous ones. Melissa Foster has an ability to hook every reader with such an ease. A book about two sisters who plan a double destination wedding on a tropical island in the Bahamas. What could possibly go wrong ?? Danica and Kaylie have always been close, like best friends. They relied on each other to survive their father’s affair that effectively caused their parents divorce. Children coming from a broken home sometimes have problems with trust in adulthood, but both sisters thought they had gotten past those issues. That is, until all their guests arrived at the luxurious resort for the wedding. Fathers, mothers, stepmothers, half sisters, cousins, future in-laws … the typical blended family get together, complete with all the drama. The characters deal with so many emotions - anger, fear, hurt, confrontation, and forgiveness. Let’s not forget about love, the couples do engage in some quite descriptive "steamy" love scenes. Throw in a tropical storm that practically destroys the ceremony on a private island ... and you’ll be on the edge of your seat to find out what happens. I think you’ll love reading this book … getting to know the characters will make them feel like new friends :)

I am hooked on the Love in Bloom Series. The sisters, their families, their issues...I am seriously emotionally involved. Danica and Kaylie are having their double wedding in the Bahamas and we are introduced to their Dad, step-mother and half-sister. The divorce of their parents has had a lasting impact on both Danica and Kaylie over the years and we see them having to acknowledge and work through them. The characters and situations are so relatable and likeable. They become friends that you just want to shake sometimes - but, yes, I celebrated, cried and talked to them throughout this novel. I cannot wait to read more and see how their lives continue to flourish as they learn more about themselves and each other. The universal themes of forgiveness, personal growth and love within Ms. Foster's stories are ones that readers from all walks of life can relate to, learn from and enjoy.

Book #3 of the Snow Sisters series doesn't disappoint!  I like how I learned more about the sisters' past while meeting Lacy, their half sister; stormy weather threatening their dream double wedding…will they get married???  A continual mixture of sentiment, sensuality, humor - did I mention steamy?  I look forward to reading the rest of the series!  I highly recommend this book, as I do all of Melissa's previous writings!  Note: I received a free copy of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are 100% my own.

Getting married on an island in the Bahamas is a dream come true for both Danica and Kaylie Snow.   Expecting some family drama when their father and his wife, who was his mistress during his marriage to their mother, and their daughter, who Danica and Kaylie had never met, brought on a whole island worth of family drama. With that parents playing games and keeping secrets, along with the storm that is expected to hit the island on the day of the wedding this maybe the wedding no one ever forgets. Sisters in White is the third book in this series.   I have read the first two and have to say this is my favorite.   With each book I love the characters more and more.    As Melissa Foster introduces more of the family into each book, I have the need to know more about the family. The sisters in this series are real people with feelings and reactions that the reader can relate to.  They are women that I would hope I would be friends with and share stories with. With a tease of what is to come in the fourth book I cannot wait to get my hands on it.   Knowing that the Braden's story is what I have to look forward to will keep me anxiously awaiting the release.    I highly recommend this book and the whole series to all my fellow chic lit readers.

This is the 3rd installment in the Snow Sisters series and it just keeps getting better y'all! Being a recent bride myself I LOVED reading this book so much! The random issues you have no control over (for me it was issues with a DJ for Danica and Kaylie it was a tropical storm) and of course like any wedding major family issues. I laughed and cried and this book was HOT HOT HOT! It is super sexy at times and even made me blush but I love me some smutty sections ;). I also liked that Melissa brought in her new characters that were barely mentioned in the previous books but according to her play a large role in the next books in the series. I loved the addition of Lacy, Danica and Kaylie's half-sister. I was really expecting her to be a spoiled brat but I was soon pleasantly surprised by her part of the story. This book is just another amazing part of this series and Melissa Foster is quickly becoming one of my most favorite authors to read and I have all of her books on my schedules :)

WOW! I would say Sisters In White covers a big majority of things that would go wrong in a movie wedding. Danica and Kaylie have their hands full with their mom and dad, half-sister, Danica’s mother-in-law, the weather and everything in between. It’s crazy! In Sisters In White, we get to see a couple sides to Kaylie. There is a part of her with the planning of the wedding that we have never seen before. A calmer, more mature version. Then we get to see her start to spiral out of control and a childish side takes over, then she jumps back to maturity. It’s all very back and forth.   We also get to see a side of Danica that she didn’t know existed. She is a little vixen whose wild side has finally been released. She finally learns how to let herself go just a little with Blake. There are some serious “sex scenes” so if you aren’t into mature content you might want to skip over that part. Just to warn you. There isn’t really any overly-vulgar wording, but the implication is there. It gets pretty hot a steamy in some parts and it can be a bit much if you're not used to explicit romance novels. The story is very good. The characters actions aren’t totally believable but they fit, if that makes sense. Like watching a movie. You know that in “real life” people don’t really behave they do in the movies. That is the same thing with this novel. It is just such a fun story with lovable people in it, so you want to read more. In fact, I didn’t put it down until I had finished. I couldn’t wait to see if they wedding would actually take place and what drama would occur along the way. We didn’t hear much out of Chaz or Blake. They had more of a supportive role in this book while the girls focused on the wedding and keeping their parents and sister in their line of site. But we get to a little bit of Max and Treat and get a small glimpse into the next book: Lovers At Heart. I can’t wait to read even more series by Melissa Foster! Disclosure: I received a complimentary copy of Sisters In White as a member of Beck Valley Book Tours. All opinions are my own.

I lost a lot of sleep with this one! I could not put it down. I found that I could relate a lot more to this one than the previous two and it sucked me in from the very beginning. I have to admit, I was a little concerned as to how this huge series was going to evolve with just Kaylie and Danica, but our circle of characters has evolved and while we still get to spend time with Kaylie and Danica, we are also introduced to new people to expand the circle. I promise you, if you enjoy a good romance book, you will enjoy the Love in Bloom Series. They are a great read for women (there is some sexual content, but not 50 Shades of Grey content – just slightly mature for the young reader audience). You will always hear me recommend Melissa Foster and definitely recommend the Love in Bloom Series.
