LAURA BOTTARO COSTNER is a non-fiction writer whose previous publicatons include financial newsletters, Women's Forum and Wall Street PDX, as well as articles for Money Management Seminars. She has contributed to and edited numerous manuscripts including civic committee reports and academic publications.
