About the Author

Selena Ledgerton is a Childcare and Education Consultant and Author. She has specialised in working with children with special needs, emotional and behavioural disorders and violent tendencies for close to 20 years. As well as working with schools, councils and LAs, Selena has worked in specialist care units with violent children, those with sexualised behaviour and as a counsellor for abused children and runaways. She now runs her own consultancy and writes both books and articles in her chosen field.
