Growing up Deshaun had an unusual relationship with his father. At the tender age of twelve, his father had doubts about him being biologically his which subsequently drove him to the streets. Being loyal to friends nearly costs him his life. After evaluating his self, De was faced with the possibility of never coming home. While incarcerated he met all kinds of criminals and had to distinguish himself amongst the weak where only the strong survived. Being a stick up kid in the 80’s gave him the strength he needed to stay alive but there was still a void in his life. He needed to find out the truth about his father and the things he encountered while trying to accomplish this made him hit rock bottom. It is later on he figures out the reason for his estranged relationship with his father. This is something you might want to get for any child heading down a path of destruction.
