Synthesis and Optimization of Chalcogenides Quantum Dots Thermoelectric Materials

This thesis focuses on chalcogenide compound quantum dots with special crystal structures and behaviors in an effort to achieve the synergistic optimization of electrical and thermal transport for high-efficiency thermoelectric materials.
