The emperor penguin is coming to visit Tacky and his band of penguins. The emperor is dreading it because he hates the same old same old of the visits. Tacky takes the emperor's clothes and everyone thinks he is the emperor. Everyone likes the change of pace, especially the emperor.
Tacky draws children in with the excellent story and the beautiful illustrations. They will ask you to read it again and again. What's even better is they receive an outstanding message, 'Tacky is an odd bird, but a great bird to have around,' as they enjoy one of their favorite stories.
